Dove House Hospice is a hospice based in Hull which cares for adults across the city and the East Riding of Yorkshire who have illnesses which are no longer curable. We improve the quality of life of our patients by offering specialist care which is holistic and individually tailored. We offer specialist inpatient care, symptom control, end of life care, day care, planned short-term respite care, social care and more. This care is free of charge and therefore we rely on funds raised in the community.

I had item delivered today. Item as advertised, as new in excellent condition. Superb packing with FRAGILE printed in red on packaging tape. So much precaution taken in packing, could have dropped from Mount 'Everest' and not damaged the set of Pyrex Glass Dishes. Very caring exemplary Ebayer. 5* plus! Thank you.

Great vintage item, came next day, packaged with care on the outside, but the inside was left to clatter around like in a washing machine, which I don't think is always a good idea. The odd piece was missing, but I can sort this and bring things back to perfection. Service generally very good but couldn't use the word excellent, based on what the set went for (Over £100). Just needed a fraction more love and tender care!, thanks so much all the same, I'm generally happy with things.

I am more than delighted with this box of metalware I won bidding on in an auction. The well-wrapped contents arrived safely when anticipated. I have just spent a pleasurable amount of time examining the pieces within it. Some of these, if polished, may have been sold individually at the same price that I paid for everything. Purchased a quantity of ceramics. Very poorly described with most items damaged (chipped, cracked or crazed) despite the Seller’s Description suggesting just one piece was damaged. I paid good money for this lot, over £100.00 plus £22.00 (!) shipping. Seller is a Charity but due to the added incredible reluctance to refund me (less than half was refunded) I am awarding Negative Feedback. I am still finding more damage; almost every piece now written off. I feel other buyers should be warned.

Hi we did apologise and offer a full refund if they were returned (even offered to book it in with our courier for you), or we offered you a part refund of £45 and to keep the items, which you accepted.
